Engineering-Led Demolition, Built in Dubai
Liberty Building Demolition LLC was founded in Dubai in 2010 with a single goal: deliver demolition work that is safe, precise, and fully compliant — every time.
Over 16 years, we have grown into one of Dubai's most trusted demolition contractors, completing over 500 projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Our clients include property developers, main contractors, government authorities, and private owners across all districts of Dubai.
We are not a generalist contractor. Demolition, concrete cutting, core drilling, excavation, dismantling, and waste removal are all we do — and we do them better than anyone in Dubai.

16 Years in Dubai
From our first project in Deira to 500+ completions across the emirate.
2010
Company founded in Deira by a team of demolition engineers with backgrounds in UAE contracting. First jobs were villa strip-outs in Mirdif and Al Quoz.
2012
First commercial contract won — partial demolition of a G+4 building in Al Rigga while adjacent ground-floor retail stayed open. Completed without a single tenant complaint.
2015
ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification obtained. Method statements and HSE procedures formalised across all project types.
2017
Concrete cutting division added after repeat demand from MEP fit-out contractors. Invested in diamond-blade wall saws and GPR scanning equipment.
2019
Awarded DEWA Approved contractor status following utility-disconnection audits. Passed with no corrective actions raised.
2021
Dubai Municipality Licensed across all demolition categories. Company headcount grew to 45 direct employees to support larger multi-site programmes.
2024
Passed 500 completed projects. Current workload spans residential plots in Jumeirah, industrial decommissioning in JAFZA, and fit-out works for repeat developer clients.
