Structural engineer sign-off
Every G+1 or structural project carries a method statement approved by a chartered structural engineer. Required by DM, non-negotiable for us.
Dust and vibration under control
HEPA-grade dust extraction for indoor work. Real-time vibration monitoring on sensitive sites, with logged data issued to clients on request.
Recycling-first waste policy
Concrete waste is crushed, sorted and dispatched to approved recycling facilities. Certificates issued for LEED, Estidama and Trakhees projects.
Permit handling included
We file and track DM, DEWA, Trakhees and community NOC applications on your behalf. One less contractor to manage.
Full insurance cover
AED 5M public liability, AED 2M professional indemnity. Certificates provided to developer or main contractor on request.
