Marking & GPR Scanning
We mark hole positions to your drawings, and scan with Ground Penetrating Radar where required to locate rebar, post-tension cables, and embedded conduits before drilling begins.

Rig Setup & Water Suppression
Drill rig anchored securely to prevent movement during drilling. Wet-drilling water supply connected to suppress silica dust at source and cool the diamond barrel throughout.

Diamond Core Drilling
Diamond-tipped core barrel drills a clean, precise cylindrical hole to your specified depth — no cracking, no vibration, no damage to adjacent reinforcement.

Core Extraction & Site Cleanup
The core plug is carefully removed, drill slurry is collected and disposed of, and the hole edges are cleaned and handed over ready for the next trade.
